Lifetime Living, Inc. has several centers providing services to
individuals in the service area. Services are provided to more than
200 consumers with mental illness, mental retardation, and
developmental delays. Lifetime Living, Inc. is a community
based, publicly funded, for-profit organization. The Executive
Administrative Office is located in San Antonio, Texas.

NOTICES - Pre-employment Testing
An applicant must pass all required
pre-employment tests before beginning employment with Lifetime
Living, Inc.
- Criminal History Clearance Check related
to any sexual offenses, drug related offenses, or any crime
involving personal injury or threat to another person � name
check or FBI fingerprint check depending on where the
applicant has resided for the last two years.
- Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector
General � for purposes related to fraud. Any person
with a conviction for fraud will not be considered.
Controlled Substance Test � test to check for the presence
of marijuana, opiates, phencyclidine, amphetamines, and
cocaine.
- Driving Record - When a conditional offer
of employment is made the applicant is responsible for
obtaining, at their own expense, a Type 2, Department of
Public Safety driving record. This is a 3-year record and is
required prior to beginning employment date. Records must be
requested at
www.txdps.state.tx.us. Any person with 4 or more driving
points on their record will not be considered for
employment.
